At Solar Tenders ZA, we want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with our daily tender monitoring service. Because our platform provides instant access to premium, time-sensitive public sector commercial data, our refund policy balances customer fairness with data protection.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Contractor Pro subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full access to daily updates until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further recurring charges will be processed against your card.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber and find that the platform does not meet your business tracking requirements, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase.

Abuse Provision: To prevent data harvesting and protect our system architecture, refunds under this guarantee will be instantly voided if a user has downloaded more than three (3) official supporting tender document PDFs during the trial window.

3. Renewals and Partial Months

Except as explicitly stated in our 7-Day Guarantee, all monthly subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unread email digests, or periods of business inactivity.
