1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your Contractor Pro subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by emailing our support team at [email protected].
- Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full access to daily updates until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further recurring charges will be processed against your card.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you are a first-time subscriber and find that the platform does not meet your business tracking requirements, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase.

- Abuse Provision: To prevent data harvesting and protect our system architecture, refunds under this guarantee will be instantly voided if a user has downloaded more than three (3) official supporting tender document PDFs during the trial window.
3. Renewals and Partial Months
Except as explicitly stated in our 7-Day Guarantee, all monthly subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unread email digests, or periods of business inactivity.
